A technician will arrange a time to meet with you at your residence or
place of business. He will inspect your equipment and discuss
the most beneficial and cost effective way for you to deal
with your current situation. In most cases your computer will
be repaired onsite. If more extensive work is required on
your equipment, transport to our service shop may be necessary.
As we charge an hourly rate, your technician
will review the cost structure with you before commencing
repair and advise you of typical scenarios and possible
options to ensure that you receive the best service possible
