We charge an hourly rate* for any type of work. A minimum hour charge is required after which billing is done in half hourly increments. Your technician will be able to ascertain the problem mostly within the first half hour, and will be able to give you a rundown of possible solutions applicable in plain english not technical jargon.
Telephone Consulting: If
you have questions that you need answered, we're here to
help. Remote consulting via telephone is available to all
VancouverPC.com customers on a per hour basis. We simply
keep track of the amount of time spent with you on the phone
and bill your account.
Remote Computer Service: If
you'd like the convenience of having certain types of repairs
done remotely, we can set up a program on your computer
that allows us remote access to your computer. You control
when the program allows and blocks remote access. You simply
turn on the program to allow your technician access to your
computer and perform the service.
